Linkki’s and Algos’s joint sport shift start this February! The sport of choice this time is HIIT training. The location of the sports shift is Viveca (Kuntoportti 5). Welcome!

Shrovetide of Natural Sciences 26.2. at 17:00 @ Ilokivi

Traditional Shrovetide of Natural Sciences is on Thursday 26.2. 5 PM in Ilokivi Venue, Opinkivi Sauna and Campus field! There will be sauna, hot tub, beer pong, kyykkä and shrovetide-themed activities!

Do not bring glass bottles to the sauna, changing room or hot tub. Swimsuit is mandatory the whole evening. Sauna’s walls are closed from 6 PM to 8 PM.

The program includes…

• Kyykkä at 5.30 PM – 7 PM in the Campus field
• Nano and Syrinx holds small activities in the Campus field at 5.30 PM – 7 PM
• Ylistön Yllärit performing in Ilokivi Venue at 7.30 PM
• Shrovetide buns eating competition in Ilokivi Venue at 8 PM
• Pub quiz in Ilokivi Venue at 8.30 PM

Instanssi 26.2. - 1.3. @ Jyväskylä Normal School

Instanssi, a joint event organized by Linkki and Hacklab Jyväskylä, is a festival of digital creativity that will be held again this year during the Central Finland winter break week from February 26 to March 1, 2026! The event will take place at the Jyväskylä Normal School’s upper secondary school and high school.

Ticket sale: Linkki’s 20th anniversary celebrations

NOTE! The event itself, along with Kide.app ticket sale and gala website, are only in Finnish

The day of our 20th anniversary celebrations is nearing fast, but what about the ticket sale?

General ticket sales for the annual celebration will begin tomorrow, Monday, February 23, at 3:00 p.m. The price of a dinner ticket is €95 for association members and €110 for non-members. The price of a herring ticket is €15. Ticket sales for the annual celebration will end on March 10 at 3 p.m.

All Linkki members and alumni, along with their avecs, are welcome to attend the anniversary celebrations.

The evening part of the anniversary celebrations will be held on Friday, March 20, 2026, in Jyväskylä at the Valtiontalo banquet hall in Kulttuurisuoja, where we will celebrate our student association in accordance with the traditions of academic banquets. The celebration will be followed by a traditional herring breakfast on the following day, Saturday, March 21, 2026, at the Juhlatalo Majakoski banquet hall. The herring breakfast ticket also includes transportation to the venue.
